Ordering:
1) All orders will be fulfilled under your account, which has been assigned to you at the time of your registration. Every attempt will be made to ship orders that are received by 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on normal business days (Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) on the same or next day that the order is received contingent upon availability of resources to fill your order. There will be no refunds for shipping charges or handling fees due to delayed shipping.
Shipping:
1) Orders are shipped via UPS (or competitive service determined by Hajimart.com) unless otherwise requested. Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select are not available. Additional services such as delivery confirmation are also available at cost. Orders will ship from California.
2) Hajimart.com DOES NOT ships orders worldwide.
Backorders/Substitutions:
1) If any products do become backordered that you have ordered you will be notified.
Cancellations:
1) Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. Shipment generally occurs at 3:00 PM PST Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).
2) Orders can also be cancelled if they are on backorder.
3) If a problem exists on an order, it may be cancelled, at our sole discretion, 48 hours after being placed if there is no response to messages left informing you of such an issue.
Returns:
1) At our discretion, all non-defective returns MAY be assessed a 20% restocking fee within 15 days of shipping. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
2) Non-defective product will only be accepted in resalable condition, with all original packaging.
3) Product can be returned to Hajimart.com within 15 days of sale.
4) Upon receipt of the return, we will credit your account for merchandise costs.
5) All returns must be returned to Hajimart.com postage paid regardless of reason. If a replacement order is sent, it will be shipped without shipping or handing charges to you.
6) Special orders or closeouts may not be eligible for return.
7) Returns will not be accepted after 15 days after shipping, regardless of reason.
Damages:
1) Hajimart.com will be held responsible for any damages that occur during shipment and will generally replace these orders free of charge. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods and the damaged products must be returned to us.
